Extended Stay in Africa! August 27th, 2007 -
|
I have exciting news: I am remaining in Africa
until the middle of December. I will have an expedition to lead in the
beginning of December. Until then I will be working on a few different
projects. There has been a great need for bibles in every single area that we
have been ministering in. We've received donations to help meet this need and I
will start distributing bibles in Zambia to the areas we've been
working in. I will also be helping with distributing rice to villages in need.
We've just received two large shipments of rice from Feed the Hungery, which is
a tremendous blessing. I also will explore the Masukatwane Kingdom of Zambia,
as time allows, to lay out the groundwork for future teams. We've made progress
there but have only covered a small portion of the area thus far. I'm looking
forward to staying here longer and am excited about the work that the Lord has
ahead.
One of my greatest needs is to meet my monthly support goal of $2600. I am also
in need of a motorcycle, which will enable me to easily travel to the rural
villages. This need will cost around $5000. Please consider partnering with me
to bring the Gospel to the unreached nations of the world!
